A famous proverb reads, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” There are seasons in all our lives when one’s intent does not line up with their actions. Such was the case with the Apostle Peter; eager to serve the Lord but crippled by ignorance & flesh.
This Sunday we begin a new series that deals with handling adversity. Maybe you identify with Peter. Perhaps you’ve witnessed conflict in another. Managing adversity & conflict resolution is never easy but one will find that this season reminds us of the providential hand of God. Even in our valley’s the presence of God is near.
